To qualify for commission agents must:

• Register prospective clients before they visit model homes, meet with the builder, or a representative of Broadstone Homes. 

• Attend first meeting to ensure that you qualify for commission.

Registration will remain in effect for 60 days and must be renewed in writing if still working with client before construction agreements are signed.
